This position will report to Standard Costing Manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Setting standard time and determine manufacturing process .

• Supporting production to improve efficiency

• Setting standard time for new products

- Conducting time studies for some SKUs or processes to build benchmark data

- Standardize data

- Calculate standard time

- Review and update standard time in sampling process if there are any changes

• Determine manufacturing processes for new products

- Determine which operations will be used in the 23 standard operations

- Review and update the operations in sampling process if there are any changes

• Recommend new initiatives aiming at improving manufacturing control and efficiency

• Competencies:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering

- At least 3 years’ experience in a production or engineering management role

• Skills:

- Fluent user of MS office.

- Good English is preferable.
