Quality Director Executive Assistant

Working on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Director's working life and communication.
Providing personalized secretarial support and carrying out administrative duties on behalf of Quality Director in a well-organized and timely manner.

· Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
· Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
· Managing diaries and scheduling meetings and appointments
· Organising meetings, trainings, and eventually events
· Taking accurate and comprehensive notes & minutes in meetings
· Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
· Maintaining Action Logs, reminding deadlines to the Persons in Charge & collecting/summarizing evidence
· Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, briefs and correspondence
· Managing databases and filing systems
· Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
· Collating and filing expenses
· Making travel arrangements
· Running errands as requested

· Fluent in Professional English with excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Proven work experience as a Director Executive Assistant eventually to a Quality Director and/or in Furniture industry will definitely be a plus.

· Knowledge of standard software packages like MS Office and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
· Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
· Executive Assistant or PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
