- HUMAN RESOURCE POSITIONS -

    • Reward Specialist is accountable for all processes and team associated with work across both compensation and benefits design and management.

    • Executive rewards design and management, reward plan evaluation and analysis, reward plan communication. Vendor management.

    • May also develop total rewards short term/small program

  • · Understand business needs to assist Reward Manager to implement reward programs this includes and not limited to: Job Evaluation, Job Grading system, Salary structure, Bonuses and incentive scheme, review and standardize processes and policies regarding to salary reviews, benefits, and recognition.

    · Support all annual, periodic review, promotion cycle and ad-hoc remuneration review process and policies for DL and IDL and ad-hoc on-salary reviews, benefits, incentive schemes, salary survey benchmarking processes and recognition

    · Provide high quality data analysis to fully support development and implementation RSC reward strategy, policies and processes

    · Support the evaluation of external reward trends or similar industry to ensure that RSC policies reflect best practice

    · Continuous improvement on efficiency of rewards program by learning reward trend and suggest new ideas

    · Ensure and control reward documentations is updated and accurately

    · Participate in, and use, salary surveys to ensure that the team has access to up-to-date market data

    · Collaborate with HRBP and business leader/ vendors to ensure reward projects run in line with business objectives

    · Work closely with stakeholders/ employees to ensure that reward tools, policies and processes are aligned, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance

    · Supporting and working closely with payroll and the HR Operation to ensure that data and payments are made accurately and on time

    · Supporting and provide data for audit exercise as necessary

    · Other tasks assigned by Reward Manager

  • University degree major in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration

    · More than 4 years’ experience in C&B Executive and at least 1 year in charge Reward scope of works

    · Computer skills -- Excellent proficiency in MS office, ERP, HRIS

    · Good logical, analytical, process thinking with passion for data

    · Proficient in English

    · Strong communication skills

    · Highly compliance and confidentiality

    · Creativity and curiosity, with a solutions-based mentality

    · Quick adaptable and high team-work spirit.

    · Positive, enthusiastic, embrace changes, performs under pressure
