SCHEDULING MANAGER
- PROCUREMENT & PLANNING POSITIONS -

Basic Function:
· Balance demand and capacity · Assess capacity constraints / limits with demand
· Tracking plant performance and analysis
· Tracking forecast, measure forecast
· Reconciling Sales Forecast, Capacity, Production performance
· Provide analysis for better strategy

· Review customers overall demand and capacity o Coordinate with CS/ commercial team to get update sales forecast
· Maintain and update Micro level, booked, shipped, forecast.
· Work with Operation team to have update capacity
· Analyze customers’ demand with current factory capacity
o Balance capacity with total demand and allocation of priorities, align with production parameters/constraints
· Forecast tracking and measurement
· Analyze sales forecast accuracy
· Tracking pending NOR/ forecast
· Periodically meeting with CS team to discuss about the forecast and forecast variance for improving the forecast accuracy
· Analyze the timeline of NEWNESS requirement
· Tracking Newness requirement from CS
· Meeting with cross functional department CS/ME/PUR to understand timeline and reserve capacity reasonably
· Analyze the critical path, production constraints affect schedule
· Facilitate with PD/CS/ME to handover NPI/MRR to turn NOR requests into schedule
· Coordinate with Production to get the parameters/constraints and align on schedule
· Work on new SO/NOR/ off NOR and placeholder’s requirement
· Analyze NOR details against constraints: Production parameters, materials long lead time, Subcon/Inhouse…
· Ensure NOR confirmation comply with customers request, production constraints.
· Facilitate and ensure the upstream steps follow the timeline to ensure production schedule to be executed per request o Meeting with production planning team to review NOR confirmation before sending to CS
· Micro schedule update:
· Ensure Micro schedule is updated weekly including Target, Booked, Forecast.
· Analyze and call outs to guide strategy to ensure schedule to be well executed
· Reconciling Sales Forecast, Capacity, and Production Output performance and make callouts
· Call out any risk not hitting the target
· Call out any risk delay shipments
· Analyze and compare constraints on output against current schedule, forecast.
· Drive strategy through the planning operations
· Master data update
· Continue develop and update Master Data SOP to generate schedule properly and efficiently
· Master data White wood constraints
· Master data Finishing constraints o Master data Subcon
· Develop the S&OP systems, reports
· Continue maintain and ensure RSC Master ship plan update
· Continue verify, maintain current reports PBI
· Develop new functions to help perform better
· Work close with cross functional departments:
· Customer Services, Production Planning, Material Planning, ME/PD… on daily basis
· Develop and improve staffs’ skills
· Other tasks from the S&OP Manager

· Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role
· Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) in furniture field.
· Hands-on experience with purchasing software ERP, MRP
· Understanding of supply chain procedures
· Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
· Negotiation skills, communication skill & good at English.
· Intelligent, enthusiastic, hardworking, and honest
· Internet, outlook, word, excel, power point
