· Position will be the in-house Subject Matter Expert and will have ownership over the Microsoft

application development environment at RSC. This role will have the ability to make recommendations to streamline processes and improve applications for users.

· Responsible for effective design, configuring, developing, customizing of Microsoft applications at RSC and API Integration, based on assignment and business requirements.

· Develop and support on related Company systems, APIs, and Integration.

· Use and examine current transformation technologies such as XML, JSON, CSV, and SQL.

· System health check, monitoring application performance.

· Troubleshoot problems reported by business users, provide fast responses to helpdesk requests related from front-end users.

· Creating & maintaining both high-level and low-level Technical Design Documents, getting the approved sign-offs.

· Investigates operational needs and problems, selects appropriate techniques for definition of detailed requirements, change management with Business priorities.

· Perform additional duties as assigned.

· Reporting line: Supervisor, IT Director.

· 3+ years of C#, JSON, ASP.NET, SSRS development experience. Familiar with SQL,understanding ETL.

· ERP knowledge is a must.

· Epicor experience is a huge plus.

· At least 1+ year experience in gathering requirements, documenting and mapping current business process needs. Good attention to detail.

· Strong experience with source code management.

· Excellent analytical and communication skills.
